About Us

The Workplace Equity & Civility Initiative began as a response to the #MeToo movement. The vision was to bring together small business, big business, nonprofits and labor organizations to address harassment and pay inequity in the workplace. The initiative is a collaborative effort involving the office of San Diego City Council President Pro Tem Barbara Bry, Lawyers Club of San Diego, the National Conflict Resolution Center and The San Diego Union-Tribune.
